1. About this Cookies Policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Bondstone Ventures uses cookies and similar technologies on the website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which defines "Bondstone Ventures", "we", "us" and "website" and explains how we process personal data and the rights you have.
We use a small number of cookies, for two reasons. First, to make the website work and remember your settings, so that you do not have to choose your language or cookie preferences again each time you visit. Second, and only if you agree, to understand how visitors use the website, so that we can improve its content, structure and performance. We do not use cookies for advertising, to personalize content or to build profiles of visitors.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and scripts, also store or read information on your device. In this Cookies Policy, "cookies" refers to all of them.
Websites generally use cookies to make their basic functions work, remember visitors' settings and measure how they are used. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser or tab; others stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them. The table in section 4 shows how long each of our cookies lasts and who can access it.
3. Your choices
We use strictly necessary cookies without asking for your consent, because the website cannot work properly without them (Article 5(2) of Law No. 41/2004 of 18 August).
We use analytics cookies only if you consent. When you first visit the website, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject them, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Google Analytics is not loaded, and no analytics cookies are placed, unless you accept. Refusing does not prevent you from using the website.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the top of this Cookies Policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of cookies before the withdrawal. We will ask you again after 3 months, or sooner if we make material changes to the cookies we use.
4. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always active). These remember your cookie choice and your language setting, so that the website works as you configured it and you do not have to make the same choice on every visit. They are stored only in your browser, are read only by the website and are not used to identify or track you.
Analytics (optional). If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used: for example, which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, their approximate location and the type of device they use. This helps us see which content is useful and where the website can be improved. We do not use this information to identify you or to contact you. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Its cookies are set on our own domain (so they are technically first-party cookies), but they are read by Google, which provides the service. The cookies stay on your device for up to 2 years unless you delete them or withdraw your consent; the analytics data collected through them is kept by Google for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

5. Third-party providers
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which processes the information on our behalf and according to our instructions. The information may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; section 6 of our Privacy Policy explains the safeguards that apply. 6. Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; see your browser's help pages for instructions. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work properly. Browser settings do not replace the choices you make in our cookie banner.
7. Changes to this Cookies Policy and contact
We may update this Cookies Policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. For questions, or to exercise your rights, use the contact details in section 1 of our Privacy Policy. Information about complaints to a supervisory authority is set out in section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
